I’m going to perform major surgery on this dress and make it the dress I wish it had been in the first place!

But I’m going to make a new skirt for my dress. Multi panels with a tulle underskirt. Yay =)

I made a headband to go with my dress. I wasn’t crazy about the crown, but the headband I’m loving!

I took the extra fabrics from the appliques, cut them into strips, and then folded them in half; I sewed along the edge, and turned right side out so I had fabric tubes. I closed the ends, and braided them together. I put some elastic to complete the headband circle.
